Not all of my Donors are not showing up on my donor list. Why?
As your Donors make a contribution, they have the option of whether or not their donation is anonymous.

I forgot my Username and Password. How can I find out what they are?
The Log In screen will give you an option to select "Forgot Password" or you can go to https://enmotive.com/users/login.  Remember that your username and password are case sensitive. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
