CASA Kane County is a Guardian ad Litem (GAL), nonprofit volunteer organization that advocates for the best interests of children in abuse and neglect cases within the Juvenile Court system.

We believe all children in the foster care system should have a safe, nurturing and permanent home where they can thrive with the support and involvement of their community. 

CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate, and last year, more than 200 CASA volunteers served 100% of cases originating in Kane County (and a record 663) children who were fostered in Kane as well as many other counties. For more information, please visit https://casakanecounty.org/.
